Important! Christmas Order Dates 2020

UPDATE 22/12/2020

We have been informed today that no couriers will now operate in a Tier 4 area to make deliveries until at least the 29^th December. We cannot even process orders for delivery into a tier 4 postcode so we are very sorry if your order is one of those that will now be delayed. Read more about it here.

UPDATE 18/12/2020 

From Friday 18th December we are unfortunately temporarily stopping deliveries outside of Great Britain (this includes Northern Ireland) due to the new import regulations that will come into force from 1st January 2021. More info can be found here.

Update 9/12/2020

Unfortunately our couriers are still extremely busy due to increased volumes from COVID-19, Black Friday Sales and now Christmas ordering.

Therefore, currently we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Please allow 3 working days from purchase before emailing to chase an order as our own customer services team are also experiencing high volumes of emails due to the above reasons.

Here is all the necessary information you need to know about last order dates to receive your goodies in time for Christmas!

• Wednesday 23^rd both Enfield and Coventry shop will be opening at 9am and closing at 4:30pm (Government COVID-19 restrictions permitting)
• Both shops will be closed from Wednesday 23^rd December to Monday 4^th January
• For the chance to get your goodies before Christmas, please order before 3pm Monday 21^st December
• Orders placed after 3pm Monday will not be guaranteed delivery before Christmas
• Limited delivery is available over Christmas depending on courier working hours
• Limited parcels will be dispatched by the team during this period meaning you could get your order before the New Year
• Our shops in Enfield and Coventry will remain closed until January 4th where normal working hours (9:00am – 4:30pm) will resume

Customers outside of the UK:

From Friday 18th December we are unfortunately temporarily stopping deliveries outside of United Kingdom and including Northern Ireland, due to the new import regulations that will come into force from 1st January 2021. Please bear with us whilst we work our way through the new guidelines and put the systems in place to make the buying experience as easy and cost effective as we can for you.
