Delivery Timescales
We are unable to guarantee next day delivery.
We endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 3pm.
This may not be possible during promotions and during busy periods. If you need your order urgently please make sure you get in touch with us first, before placing your order, to check delivery times.
Every parcel to a UK mainland address is sent on a next working day delivery service (for example, orders placed between Thursday 3pm & Friday 3pm will be delivered on Monday), however, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery once the parcel leaves our premises.
Professional Detailers
Our couriers are generally very good but there is always the possibility of an exception. If you are a professional detailer, we would advise keeping essential items in stock to ensure you can always deliver your customers' jobs on time.
Keeping this stock will ensure you do not let customers down and restocking in a timely manner is essential. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may occur and, in this instance, we are not liable for any costs incurred.

If the parcel is over 20kg we reserve the right to revise the above delivery charges. A member of our team will contact you and let you know about any additional charges. You will of course be able to cancel your order if the new delivery charge is not acceptable.

Please remember to enter your mobile number, not a landline number at the checkout when ordering, this will ensure you’re sent a tracking link once we have despatched your goods.
Slims In-store Shop Collection Enfield/Coventry
If you select Collection as your delivery option, we will store your order for 2 weeks. If it has not been collected in this time we will cancel your order and refund via the original payment method.
Saturday & Sunday Deliveries
If you select delivery for a Saturday or Sunday these will be delivered on your selected day and not before.
Customers in Northern Ireland - GPSR
Due to the new GPSR that came into force 13 December 2024, our direct delivery service from England will be delayed. If you require a product urgently, we recommend contacting our Coachfinish shop, based in Belfast, on 028 9032 0541 in order to check on-site stock availability. If we have products in stock at Coachfinish, we may be able to dispatch these without a delay.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, we have identified a solution and hope normal service will resume shortly.
