Important Information | Temporary Shipping Issues
UPDATED - Wednesday 6th January 2021
All shipping restrictions have been lifted, however, with the country going into lockdown, consignments have spiked with guaranteed delays.
With this in mind, we have suspended the option for next day delivery before 10am until further notice. The option for next day delivery before 12pm remains available but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our continued gratitude for your patience and understanding.
UPDATED - Wednesday 30th December 2020
Our couriers have confirmed with us this morning that there will now NOT be any additional charges or import tax into Northern Ireland, this delivery option has now been reinstated on the site.
UPDATED - Tuesday 22nd December 2020
We have been informed today that no couriers will now operate in a Tier 4 area to make deliveries until at least the 29th December. We cannot even process orders for delivery into a tier 4 postcode so we are very sorry if your order is one of those that will now be delayed, but there is nothing we can do to change this now. Our main despatch branch is not in a Tier 4 area so we are able to continue to process orders for delivery into areas that are not Tier 4 until we are told otherwise.
For all our remaining export orders that are yet to cross out of the UK, these will now be returned to us as the borders are now closed. Once we are able to make sense of this in the New Year these orders will either be credited or despatched if it is possible to do this without extra costs.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by these decisions that are being taken outside of our control but we would still like to wish everybody a safe and happy holidays.
Friday 11th December 2020
From Friday 18th December we are unfortunately temporarily stopping deliveries outside of Great Britain (this includes Northern Ireland) due to the new import regulations that will come into force from 1st January 2021.
Please bear with us whilst we work our way through the new guidelines and put the systems and processes in place to make the buying experience as easy and cost effective as we can for you.
We'll keep the website updated and will be in touch when we are able to begin shipping orders outside the GB again.
We hope you are able to be patient with us but at the moment it is very unclear what tariffs and duties will be put in place. It is our intention to get this service up and running as soon as possible in the New Year but until then we would advise you to please make sure you get any orders in by 3pm Friday 18th December 2020 to hopefully keep you going until we can make sense of the costs we will all have to incur to trade in the future.
